My name which i use “Herman’s Mixen” Pseudonieme just a name of an Audiophile….
Started mixing @ the age of 13 a 14 as long i can remember… the years 1986 / 1987 brought us the best dance music…
Every Thursday night at 20.30 #sharp listen and recording a great radio show Ferry Maats – Soul and Disco Show… back in the days @Tros uitgezonden…
Liked aways the streams of dance and house
So started a drive in disco “Galaxy” wichi did every weekend, in those days….
after a few years, when those wedding planners got a lot of live bands playing…
desided to stop that activitty….
Actual stopped with music in general at that moment, always liked the audio gadgets i got at those early days, and still proud of my Dad who always suporrted me…
So started turntabling with Vinyl, cut and paste a lot of tape real to real recorders….
and ending in the digital age !!
Then back in 2009 – 2010 i started to make mixes with a program called mixmeister the genre was about trance and vocal trance…
Then the journey begins at the Digital age… always used what i could find…. To make mixes on my PC
Used a lot of DAW’s and plugins for example: Ableton,Bitwig,Cubase,Studio One, Audacity, and finally found my daw Studio One 2 in that time but for now i use Studio One 5 Pro as my ultimate music friend… if you like to mix and do not want to learn to much…
As for now i make my mixes in a Digital Audio Workstation, wich i use on a daily base to create my mixes…
I play almost every genre between House,Tech House, Deep House, Melodics, Techno, Progressive, Vocal House you name dit ….
then i got a bit ill after an accident, and met Spencer Matthews…
Then our journey to meet up radio land began….
and as for today, we got it working
